Ingredients:
8 ounces linguine |
1/2 cup 2% milk |
1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese |
1 cup shredded fresh spinach |
3 cloves garlic, crushed |
1 teaspoon italian seasoning |
1 teaspoon flour |
2 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. melt butter. 2. add 1/2 garlic, italian seasoning and flour. 3. stir in milk. 4. cook over low heat until thickened. 5. boil linguini, drain. 6. toss pasta with sauce, spinach, cheese and remaining garlic. |
