Spinach And Bacon Balls

Ingredients:
1 10 oz. package frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and squeezed dry
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
1/2 cup freshly grated parmigiano reggiano cheese
1/4 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. black pepper
3 eggs
1/4 cup melted butter
oil for frying
Directions:
1. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix in eggs and melted butter.
2. Roll into 1-inch balls. Heat oil in a heavy skillet over high heat. Fry balls in batches until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Drain on paper towels and serve warm
