Spinach and Avocado Salad |

YUM!!!!! I like this for lunch and can eat the whole thing by my self I like it so much Ingredients:
10 ounces baby spinach |
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds |
3 hard-boiled eggs |
1 small onion, sliced into rings |
1/2 avocado |
1/2 avocado |
2 -3 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 dash pepper |
Directions:
1. Toast sesame seeds in a skillet stirring constantly till golden brown. 2. toss spinach with the sesame seeds 2 of the eggs chopped fine, the onion rings and 1/2 avocado chopped into 1/5 inch pieces. 3. blend the dressing 4. pour over salad and toss. 5. garnish with sliced egg. |
