Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:
1/2 package(s) 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
1 can(s) 14 oz. artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 block(s) 8 oz. 1/3-less fat cream cheese, softened
1 block(s) 8 oz. fat-free cream cheese, softened
1 package(s) baked tortilla chips
1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper
1/2 cup(s) fat-free sour cream
3 clove(s) garlic crushed
1/4 cup(s) grated fresh parmesan cheese, divided
2 cup(s) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine 1-1/2 cups mozzarella, sour cream, 2 tablespoons Parmesan and next 6 ingredients (through spinach) in a large bowl; stir until well blended. Spoon mixture into a 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella and remaining 2 tablespoons Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or uintil bubbly and golden brown.
3. Serve with tortilla chips.
