Ingredients:
2 - 13 3/4 can(s) artichoke hearts |
1 - 10 oz package(s) frozen spinach |
1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise |
1 cup(s) parmesan (grated) |
1/2 cup(s) sour cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a casserole dish with non-stick spray. 2. Heat the spinach in a microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes and squeeze dry. Drain artichoke hearts. Combine and coarsely chop in a food processor (if available). 3. Combine all ingredients, saving some pepper jack for the top, in a large bowl. Stir, scrape into a casserole dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese. 4. Bake for 30 minutes. Transfer to serving dish. 5. - 6. Alternate method: 7. Combine all ingredients and scrape into a crock-pot. Heat until warmed through. |
