Spinach And Artichoke Dip |

An over the top recipe. You will never taste a more creamy, flavor filled dip. It freezes well and reheats perfectly in the microwave. Serve with crusty bread, tortillas, or veggies. Ingredients:
10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained |
14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped |
1 med. onion, chopped |
1 t. fresh garlic, minced |
1/2 c. mayonnaise |
3/4 c. fresh parmesan cheese |
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated |
2 c. monterey jack cheese, grated |
2 8 oz. packages of cream cheese |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
1 can mushrooms |
11/2 c. heavy cream |
1/4 c. slivered almonds |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a large deep baking dish. Mix all ingredients (except almonds) well. Place in baking dish and bake for approximately 35 - 45 minutes. Add the slivered almonds to the top of the dip for the last 15 minutes. Serve with bread, tortillas, crackers, or veggies. |
