This is a delicious favorite! Ingredients:
1 package frozen spinach (thawed and drained) |
1 can artichoke hearts (cut and drained) |
1/2 cup mayo |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 minced garlic clove (or garlic paste to taste) |
3/4 cup parmesan cheese |
wheat thins or favorite crackers |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl 2. Pour into an 8 or 9 pie plate and bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes 3. Serve with wheat thins or favorite crackers |
