Spinach and Artichoke Dip |

This recipe is delicious. My boyfriend's mom made it and it was so good I had to get the recipe. It is perfect. If you like artichoke hearts, it is still good to put two cans in. Ingredients:
1 small onion |
4 ounces sour cream |
0.5 (4 ounce) box cream cheese (softened) |
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts |
1 (10 ounce) box chopped spinach (thawed) |
2 teaspoons minced garlic |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese |
4 ounces monterey jack shredded cheese |
Directions:
1. Thaw spinach, melt butter, let cream cheese soften, drain artichoke hearts and spinach. 2. Chop onion. 3. Mix together all ingredients thoroughly, except monterey jack cheese (which goes on top). 4. Bake at 375 degrees until cheese is melted as you like it. |
