Amazing spicy spinach and artichoke dip Ingredients:
220 g frozen spinach |
6 oz artichoke hearts, quartered |
1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded |
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded |
3/4 cup sour cream |
85 g cream cheese |
1/2 tbsp black pepper |
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper |
1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Heat artichoke hearts and frozen spinach in water until boiling 2. Microwave cream cheese until soft and pliable 3. Mix all cheeses and spices in bowl until homogeneous 4. Drain spinach and artichoke hearts and mix into cheese mixture. |
