Spinach and Artichoke Dip |

Goes well with toast points, tortilla chips or a baguette! Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can artichoke hearts |
1 lb frozen spinach (thawed and drained) |
1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise |
1 cup soy sour cream |
1 cup soy mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Finely chop artichoke hearts. 3. Mix spinach artichoke hearts vegannaise, sour cream and mozzarella cheese. 4. Bake for about 20 minutes. |
