Spinach And Artichoke Dip |

This is a really savoury dip and so quick and easy to make! Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped |
1 (10 ounce) packet alfredo sauce ( or make your own) |
1 (10 ounce) packet frozen spinach, thawed,well drained and chopped |
4 cloves garlic, crushed (more, according to taste!) |
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded |
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together until blended. 2. Spoon mixture into a quiche dish or pie plate. 3. Sprinkle with additional 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional). 4. Bake at 350'F for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. |
