Wonderful side dish to steak. This is the first dish I ever cooked for my husband. He cooked the steak. Ingredients:
2 10oz packages frozen chopped spinach |
1 medium onion, chopped |
4 tbsp butter |
1 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped |
4 tbsp italian bread crumbs |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Steam spinach slightly. 3. Saute onion in butter. 4. Mix all ingredients except for bread crumbs. 5. Place in casserole dish, top with bread crumbs and bake for 30 minutes. 6. *Can be prepped ahead and refrigerated until ready. Just make sure to add to the baking time. |
