This is a very decadent, very creamy vegetable casserole bursing with great flavors. I obtained this from a co-worker who brought this to our last potluck and it was a huge hit. Enjoy Ingredients:
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts |
8 ounces cream cheese softened |
2 packages frozen spinach thawed |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Drain marinade from artichoke hearts and blend into cream cheese. 2. Dice artichoke hearts in bottom of baking pan then spread spinach on top. 3. Spread cream cheese on top of spinach then top with parmesan cheese. 4. Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes at 375. |
