Spinach a La Ramen Noodle Soup |

This soup is great for lunch and is a terrific way to get kids to eat their green vegetables. This soup is full of minerals and vitamins. Ingredients:
2 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodles, chicken or 2 (3 ounce) packages beef flavored ramen noodles |
1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, chopped, thawed, drained |
Directions:
1. Cook the ramen noodles as directed using the flavor packets of at least 1 package. Or you may favor the water yourself to your own liking. 2. Add thawed, drained spinach to the noodles soup. Heat and serve. |
