Salsa kicked up a notch by adding Ciclon, rum spiked with blue-agave tequila! Ingredients:
2 tablespoons ciclon or 2 tablespoons tequila |
2 cups chopped tomatoes |
1 cup chopped onion |
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro |
1/2 cup chopped peeled avocado |
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt |
2 garlic cloves |
1 -2 jalapeno pepper, minced |
1 cup black beans, rinsed |
hot sauce (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, tossing gently. 2. Serve with tortilla chips. |
