Ingredients:
1 pound(s) ground beef |
1 cup(s) chopped onion |
1 30oz jar(s) chunky garden style spaghitti sauce |
1 can(s) beef broth |
1 cup(s) water |
1 cup(s) sliced celery |
1 teaspoon(s) sugar |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1 15oz can(s) diced tomatoes & green chilies |
1 16oz package(s) frozen mixed vegetables |
Directions:
1. Cook first 2 ingredients in large Dutch oven over medium heat until meat is browned, stirring to crumble. Drain & return meat to Dutch oven. Add shaghetti sauce and next 6 ingredients. Bring to a boil, cover reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and vegetables , return to boil. Cover and simmer 10-12 minutes or until vegetables are tender |
