From a crockpot cookbook Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (i used vegetarian) |
1 cup chopped onion |
1 (30 ounce) jar meatless spaghetti sauce |
3 1/2 cups water |
1 lb frozen vegetables |
1 cup celery, chopped |
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies |
1 dash pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Brown beef and onions. 2. Mix all ingredients into crockpot. 3. Heat on low 8 hours. |
