Just something to scramble up and eat when hungry.
Ingredients:
2 carrots
1 small onion
1 green pepper
1 small zucchini
1/2 cup black beans
1/2 cup broccoli
1/2 cup mushroom
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon savory
1 tablespoon canola oil
Directions:
1. chop everything finely.
2. heat pan and put in oil.
3. saute everthing exept the eggs.
4. crack the eggs and drop them on top of the mixture.
5. let eggs steam in mixture without touching until cooked to desired texture.
