'Fries' without the frying - wonderful, spicy flavour. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs baking potatoes, scrubbed left unpeeled and julienned |
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 teaspoons chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon oregano, crumbled |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon cumin |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450F. 2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; toss well. 3. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet. 4. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden and crisp. 5. Enjoy! |
