3 lbs ground turkey |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1/4 teaspoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
Directions:
1. Combine turkey, onions, seasonings and mix together. 2. Take chunks of the meat, and shape into patties. 3. Then cook on a grill, and serve with tomatoes, cheese, and lettuce. |
