Very tasty way to do steak. Ingredients:
2 teaspoons vinegar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1 lb round steak, trimmed and cut in small,4inch,pieces |
1/4 cup flour |
2 teaspoons oil |
3 tomatoes, peeled and cut up |
1 can green chili |
2 cloves garlic |
1 teaspoon basil |
Directions:
1. Combine vinegar, salt, and pepper. 2. Put steak in bowl, add vinegar solution and coat well. 3. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes, drain. 4. Coat steak with flour. 5. In skillet cook steak in hot oil for 10 minutes, turning to brown evenly. 6. Add remaining ingredients. 7. Cover and simmer for 40 minutes. |
