variation on salad parisienne Ingredients:
6 large ripe tomatoes |
3 hot green or red chillies |
3 cloves garlic |
1/2 bunch flat leaf parsley |
juice i lemon |
1/2 teaspoon sea salt |
2 mediterranean cucumbers |
3 tablespoons extra virgin oil |
Directions:
1. iyou need a wide and deep sald bowl. chop tomaotoes coarsley 2. mince garlic . finely chop parsley., put chopped tomato in bowl and squish few times to extract juice and pump. throw in minced garlic and mix. chop chilis in this slices and put it in the mix,add parsley 3. diced cucumbers,sprinkle salt and squeeze lemon .mix well and drizzle olive oi on top. 4. this dish is best with chicken or fish steak on the grill 5. dont forget to use dunking break to enjoy the sauce mixture |
