This recipe was attached to a sample I received at a food show. Recipe developed by the Beef and Veal Culinary Center of the National Cattlemen's Beef Association. Ingredients:
2 teaspoons salt |
2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves |
2 teaspoons sweet paprika |
2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1 teaspoon white pepper |
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Shake before using. 3. Store in airtight container. |
