Spicy Three Pepper Hummus |

It's not too often that you find spicy hummus and that's what I was in the mood for. Ingredients:
1 lb garbanzo beans |
1/3 cup olive oil |
5 fresh jalapenos, deseeded |
8 garlic cloves, minced |
1/8 cup lemon juice |
2 tablespoons tahini |
1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper |
1/2 teaspoon cumin |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in one bowl. 2. Mix until it's the correct consistency using hand or bowl mixer. 3. Add water one tablespoon at a time if the consistency is too dry. 4. Store in a sealed container in refrigerator for up to two days. |
