Ingredients:
2/3 cup crunchy peanut butter |
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
2 tablespoons rice vinegar |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 tablespoons dark sesame oil |
2 teaspoons sugar |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper |
Directions:
1. Whisk together peanut butter, remaining, ingredients and 2 Tbsp. water until blended. Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 7 days. |
