Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
3 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons chili-garlic paste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 jalapeƱo pepper, seeded and chopped
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
Directions:
1. Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Chill at least 1 hour.
