Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
3 green onions, chopped |
2 tablespoons chili-garlic paste |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro |
1 jalapeƱo pepper, seeded and chopped |
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon curry powder |
Directions:
1. Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Chill at least 1 hour. |
