Spicy Thai Bites Ingredients:
1 lb pork mince |
1 onion |
4 garlic cloves |
1 tablespoon ginger |
2 chilies |
1 tablespoon fish sauce |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 tablespoon lemongrass |
oil |
yoghurt |
chives |
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix together. Divide the mixture into 16 golf ball sized portions. 2. Put some oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the bites for 5-6 minutes, turning frequently, until golden brown all over. 3. Serve with a dip of natural yoghurt and chopped chives. |
