healthier version sweet potato fries Ingredients:
6 potatoes, sweet potatos |
2 tsp splenda |
1/2 tsp season salt |
1/2 tsp cinnamon |
1 tsp garlic powder |
1/4 tsp black pepper |
1 cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Peel and slice 6 potatos into wedge shape. 2. In a bowl spray wedges with cooking spray. 3. Coat wedges with mixture of splenda, season salt, cinnamon, garlic and pepper. 4. Place on a greased cookie sheet. 5. Bake at 400 deprees for 30-40 minutes, turning 1/2 way thru. |
