Just made these tonight, and delicious. Ingredients:
2 lbs sweet potatoes, cut into wedges |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1/4 teaspoon cumin |
1/4 teaspoon chili powder |
1/8 teaspoon cayenne |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. 2. Toss all ingredients together until all the wedges are thoroughly coated. 3. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes, until crisp, turning once. |
