Spicy Sweet Mustard Chicken |

This is a very low carb and low fat recipe. Ingredients:
1/2 tablespoon olive oil |
1/3 cup dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons honey |
1/2 teaspoon curry |
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon |
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts (approx 4 oz each) |
Directions:
1. Blend oil, mustard, honey, curry and tarragon. 2. Arrange chicken in a 11 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. 3. Pour sauce over chicken. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until chicken is done. |
