Spicy Stuffed Pepper Soup |

The perfect soup to warm you all fall & winter long. Ingredients:
1 pound spicy italian sausage |
1 pound ground beef |
2 28 oz. cans tomato sauce |
1 can ro-tel tomatoes; mild or spicy |
2 cups cooked rice |
2 cups green pepper, chopped |
2 beef bouillon cubes |
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed |
14 ounces water (more if still too thick) |
Directions:
1. In Dutch oven, brown ground beef & sausage, drain. 2. Add remaining ingredients. 3. Bring to a boil. 4. Reduce heat to low. 5. Cover and simmer until peppers are tender about 35-40 minutes. |
