The horseradish in them addsa zip that is not expected.. feel free to add less or more as your tastes like.. Ingredients:
12 hard boiled eggs |
1/2 cup mayo |
1 teaspoon horseradish |
1/4 t. onion powder |
1 1/2 teaspoons old bay seasoning |
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon adobo, if you dont have it you can use salt.. but use less, you can always add more |
1tablespoon sour cream |
1/2 teaspoon dill |
garnish of your choice (paprika, chives, scallions, dill weed, green olives) |
Directions:
1. Crack, peel and DEFINATLY make sure all the shell is off. Slice in half lenghthwise and pop out yolks into a small bowl. 2. Using a mixer , mix well!, you want a very creamy consistancy. If more seasoning is needed, go for it. It's up to your taste buds. Remember, you can always add, you can't take out. 3. Using a tespoon or pastry bag place filling into whites, garnish and voila! |
