Ingredients:
6 ounces grilled chicken breast, diced |
2 cups raw fresh spinach |
1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes |
1/2 avocado, diced |
2 ounces hot sauce, any brand you prefer |
Directions:
1. Heat a large wok over high heat. Place the chicken, spinach, tomatoes and avocado in the wok and toss. Add the hot sauce and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes. 2.
