Spicy Steam Stir Fried Green Beans |

A satisfying blend of garlic, ginger and green beans, seasoned lightly and steamed, then stir fried to perfection. Ingredients:
1 lb fresh green beans |
1 tbs chopped garlic |
1 tsp chopped ginger |
1 tbs soy sauce |
1/2 tsp garlic powder |
1/2 tsp onion powder |
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes |
1/8 cup water |
1 tbs olive oil |
1 salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Wash, trim, dry and prepare green beans 2. put 1 tbs of oil in pan, heat on med low heat 3. add garlic and ginger, fry 2 mins, do not burn 4. add green beans, fry about 5 mins on med heat 5. add 1/8 cup of water, put lid on a let steam for few mins 6. add soy sauce, garlic powder,onion powder, salt and pepper and red pepper flakes, to taste, cook with lid off until sauce thickens a little and beans are tender crisp. |
