Spicy Steam Stir Fried Green Beans

A satisfying blend of garlic, ginger and green beans, seasoned lightly and steamed, then stir fried to perfection.
Ingredients:
1 lb fresh green beans
1 tbs chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tbs soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/8 cup water
1 tbs olive oil
1 salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Wash, trim, dry and prepare green beans
2. put 1 tbs of oil in pan, heat on med low heat
3. add garlic and ginger, fry 2 mins, do not burn
4. add green beans, fry about 5 mins on med heat
5. add 1/8 cup of water, put lid on a let steam for few mins
6. add soy sauce, garlic powder,onion powder, salt and pepper and red pepper flakes, to taste, cook with lid off until sauce thickens a little and beans are tender crisp.
