Ingredients:
2 tablespoons ground pepper |
1 teaspoon white pepper |
2 tablespoons ground coriander |
1 teaspoon coarse salt |
2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules |
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar |
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients and mix well. 2. To use: rub mixture on your choice of meat-this is really most excellent on steak. 3. Use more for more flavor, less if you don't want it as spicy. 4. Store in a small container with a tight fitting lid. |
