A Malaysian recipe, found this on the back of Santan box.
Ingredients:
30 g coconut milk powder
1 teaspoon curry powder
200 g squid, sliced into rings
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 teaspoons oil
salt
Directions:
1. Fry garlic in oil till transluscent.
2. Add remaining ingredients except salt and stir fry till cooked.
3. Add salt.
4. Remove and garnish with fried shallots, sliced red chillies, cucumber and a piece of lime.
