A cheesy, spicy spinach good for both dipping and as a side. My family and friends beg for it! Ingredients:
5 ounces pepper jack cheese, shredded |
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained |
1/4 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. In a 2 quart casserole dish combine cheese, spinach and milk. 3. Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. |
