3 tablespoons orange juice |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
1 teaspoon sesame oil |
1/2 teaspoon pureed garlic |
1/2 teaspoon pureed ginger |
1/2 teaspoon hot asian chili sauce (sambal oelek) |
1 lb tuna fillet, cut in 1/2 inch squares |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine all over the marinade ingredients. Stir well. Add tuna and toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 2. When you are ready to serve, spoon tuna into porcelain spoons or transfer to a serving bowl. |
