Goes great with herb crackers Ingredients:
4 ounces light cream cheese |
2 ounces fat free sour cream |
230 g salmon |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
2 tablespoons hot chili sauce |
2 teaspoons black pepper |
1 tablespoon green onion |
Directions:
1. Chop salmon into fine pieces. 2. Blend all ingredients into large bowl. 3. Chill for 1-2 hours. 4. Serve topped on crackers or toast and enjoy! |
