This is a quick, easy soup that my family loves. Great on those evening when you don't have a lot of time. It tastes like you worked all day on it. Ingredients:
2 cans cream of shrimp soup |
2 c milk or half & half |
1.5 c salsa - your favorite brand and heat - i like a medium chipotle salsa |
1 lb medium shrimp peeled and deveined |
Directions:
1. Combine the soup, milk and salsa 2. Heat until hot - you can add more milk if too thick 3. Add the shrimp and cook until the shrimp is tender. 4. Serve with a crusty bread. 5. Quick and simple for when you don't have the time to cook from scratch. |
