This recipe comes from my mom, Loretta Anderson. Ingredients:
1 1/4 lb. uncooked shrimp |
juice of 1 lemon |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1/2 tablespoon tabasco sauce |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Peel shrimp. Place shrimp in bowl with all ingredients except vegetable oil. Set aside for at least 1 hour 2. Heat oven to 425°F. Coat baking pan with vegetable oil. Spread shrimp evenly on bottom of pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes. |
