thai noodle salad Ingredients:
90 g thin rice noodles |
15 large shrimp |
4 g grapeseed oil |
22 g minced garlic |
110 g bell pepper, sliced |
11 g chili peppers |
43 g onion |
2 tbsp lime juice |
2 tbsp fish sauce |
1/2 tbsp soy sauce |
10 g peanuts |
Directions:
1. Cook the noodles as per packet instructions - set aside to cool. 2. Heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic - add the seafood and chili. Stir for a couple of minutes. Serve over the noodles - add the lime juice, fish sauce, soy and peanuts. |
