Spicy Seafood Noodle Salad

Ingredients:
90 g thin rice noodles
15 large shrimp
4 g grapeseed oil
22 g minced garlic
110 g bell pepper, sliced
11 g chili peppers
43 g onion
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
10 g peanuts
Directions:
1. Cook the noodles as per packet instructions - set aside to cool.
2. Heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic - add the seafood and chili. Stir for a couple of minutes. Serve over the noodles - add the lime juice, fish sauce, soy and peanuts.
