Spicy & Flavourful. Not your typical scrambled eggs! Ingredients:
3 tbsp butter or vegetable oil |
1 small onion |
1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger |
1/2-1 fresh hot green chili (can sub dried chili flakes) |
1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro (corriander) |
1/8 tsp tumeric |
1/2 tsp ground cumin |
1 small tomato |
6 large eggs beaten |
salt & pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in medium frying pan over medium heat 2. sautee onion until soft 3. add ginger, chili, coriander, tumeric, cumin, tomato and cook for 3-4 minutes until soft 4. add lightly beaten eggs 5. salt and pepper lightly 6. cook eggs to consistency you like |
