3/4 cup dry white wine |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 habanero pepper, seeded and minced (use gloves) |
1 teaspoon minced garlic |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley |
1 teaspoon chopped fresh sage |
3 rosemary sprigs, stripped and chopped |
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme |
Directions:
1. Pour the wine and olive oil into a mixing bowl. Add the minced habanero pepper, garlic, parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme; whisk until evenly blended. |
