Good for family nights or game day or party friends Ingredients:
1 lbs hot pork sausage |
1 lbs nacho chips |
4 46 oz medium cheddar, shredded |
4 46 oz monterey jack cheese, shredded |
1 cup tomato, diced |
3 green onion |
4 tbsp black olives pitted and sliced |
4 tbsp pickled jalapeno peppers |
4 tbsp banana peppers sliced |
8 tbsp sour cream |
Directions:
1. Remove sausage casing and discard. 2. fry sausage meat in a pan over medium 3. heat 4. spread half of the nacho chipss on a large oven proof platter 5. spinkle half the cheese evenly over the chips, followed by half of the warm sausage 6. place platter in a 400 f preheated oven for about 7. 3 to 4 minute or until cheese has melted 8. add the remaining chips cheese and sausage on top 9. of the first layer 10. bake until cheese is completely melted and chips are 11. slightly browned on the edges, then remove from ovens 12. spinkle tomatoes, green onion, olives, both peppers slices 13. on top of nachos 14. if desired, spoon sour cream on top of nachos or 15. serve it on the side to dip |
