A friend gave me this one! Ingredients:
1 pound bulk pork sausage |
2 8 ounce packages cream cheese |
1 ts cajun seasoning |
2 ts jalapeno pepper diced |
1 can rotel diced tomatoes |
Directions:
1. Brown sausage and drain. Add seasoning cream cheese pepper and tomatoes. Stir until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips or flour tortillas.
