Spicy Sausage and Tomato Dip

Low Carb Slow Cooker Recipes Makes 7 cups
Ingredients:
1 lb italian sausage
2/3 cup chopped onion
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
4 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup chopped pitted olive
vegetable dippers or pita bread
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, cook onion, sausage and garlic until browned. Drain fat.
2. In a slow cooker, stir together all ingredients except olives. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high 2-3 hours.
3. Stir in olives before serving.
