These are great spicy ribs. They are good for when you are watching football or when you are in the mood for a spicy dish Ingredients:
3 lbs pork country-style pork ribs |
1/3 cup margarine or 1/3 cup butter |
2 tablespoons white vinegar |
2 tablespoons water |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon onion powder |
1/2 pepper |
1 dash cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 325°. 2. Cut ribs into serving pieces. 3. Place meaty sides up. 4. In a rectangular pan cover and bake for about 2 hours or until tender; drain. 5. Pour sauce all over ribs. 6. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes longer. |
