This is perfect with some yummy chips! Ingredients:
2 seeded (don't have to) and diced large tomatoes |
1/2 small sweet onion |
2 tbsp.of freshly squezed lime juice |
1 tsp. of olive oil |
1-3 chopped jalapeno |
2 tbsp.of chopped cilantro |
1 clove of chopped garlic |
1/2 tsp. of cumin |
1/4 tsp. of black pepper |
3/4 tsp. of salt |
Directions:
1. First combine all the ingredients. 2. Let this chill for 2 hours before serving with chips. 3. Note: The cilantro makes this dish! |
