Spicy Salmon Sauce

Delicious served with green beans and tomatoes.
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
7/8 cup light cream
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 400°F.
2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking tray and cook for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
3. Meanwhile, in a saucepan mix together the cream, chili flakes, lemon juice, basil, parsley and paprika. Gently heat through on the stove, season to taste, then pour over the salmon.
